Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) as a prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing this request for Expression of Interest (EOI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to demonstrate capability to perform independent Source Evaluation Board (SEB) award recommendation reports on proposals.

This work is to provide an independent review of proposals being submitted under WRPS Solicitation. The subcontractor shall conduct or participate in an in-depth review and evaluation of proposals and prepare and submit a SEB Award Recommendation Report (ARR) to the WRPS Source Selection Official (SSO). The individual(s) performing the work are subject to controls, processes and procedures established by WRPS.
