Description

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (COOPS), Seattle, WA, has a requirement for Diving Services for the period 04/01/2023 – 09/30/2023, as provided in the attached Statement of Work.



The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer

conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.



Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote.

All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work.



This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 488390, Other Support Activities for

Water Transportation, with a Size Standard of $47 million.



Service Contract Labor Standards

A contract issued as a result of this solicitation shall incorporate the Department of Labor Wage Number 2004-0047,

Revision Number 20, dated 12/27/2022.
