Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Puget Sound Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for LASER SHAFT SYSTEM in accordance with (IAW) the item description information and specifications outlined in the attached solicitation.





This procurement will be acquired IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 334419 with a business size standard of 750. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4940.
