The United States Army 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), Joint Base Lewis-McCord, WA, has a requirement for a Contractor to provide non-personal services to provide an Advanced Operators Training Program (AOTP) to assigned unit personnel. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the listed Combatives training services. The Contractor shall provide Special Operation Combatives (SOCP) Training, Special Forces Advanced Urban Combat (SFAUC) Combatives Instruction, Advanced Low Visibility Shooters Course (ALVSC) Combatives Instruction, and Sustainment Training in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See attached DRAFT PWS.
The anticipated period of performance is for a twelve (12) month base ordering period and four (4) twelve-month ordering periods. The primary place of performance will be Joint Base Lewis McCord, WA.
The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 611699, "All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction," with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other applicable regulations and FAR supplements.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be made available to interested industry participants on or about 22 June 2023. The RFP and any subsequent documents will be accessible through the following site only: https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal at the designated date/time as indicated in the solicitation.
Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the above site for the release of the RFP package and any subsequent amendments. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored.
