Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to modify the current office floor plan through removal of existing furniture, purchase of furniture products (including installation), and design services for the limited modernization of the ANM Regional Office Building, Des Moines, WA. This is a Brand Name requirement and Furniture must match existing Herman Miller furniture and workstations.





Please Note:




  • Wage determination- SCA wage rates may apply if the cost of labor exceeds $10k.

  • SITE VISIT: Available on November 23, 10:00am – 11:00 am (PST). Please contact on-site contact Jason Cambia (206) 231-2179 to pre-schedule visit.

  • In order to be responsive to this solicitation all amendments must be signed and submitted with your proposal.
