This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on the



“Region 6 – Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction BPA”



This is a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA.



We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.

To remove and replace defective water and wastewater system components in the cabin.





Install new bladder pressure system and associated electrical.





Install new sewer line to connect cabin plumbing to existing drainfield, so that the Louella Cabin is fully plumbed and has an operational water distribution and sewer system.
