The City of Federal Way (“City”) is requesting proposals for the purpose of complete demolition and removal of all structures, junk, debris and vehicles located at 30601 1st Place SW, Federal Way, WA 98023, King County Parcel # 5560000920. This property consists of an 820 square foot 1 story house with attached carport. Bid will include all required permits as per City of Federal Way demolition permit requirements. The City’s needs are outlined in Scope of Services under the following Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
