Scope of Services The City seeks qualified consultants to provide in field final landscape installation review, inspection, and reporting associated with Landscape Permits or associated construction permits associated with implementation of the Issaquah Municipal Code (IMC) Title 18. It is the firm’s responsibility to develop and provide qualifications for the work as described. The firm will need to extrapolate from this scope additional tasks and actions needed to reach the desired services. The following scope includes, but are not limited to: Provide on-call in field inspection services and reporting to the City, regarding compliance of built landscape elements associated with approved land use and construction permit documents for newly constructed projects. Provide reports in the form of review letters and marked up plans to City staff, identifying corrections or compliance with official approved plans. Conduct follow-up site visits to ensure installation and compliance has been addressed. Prepare field reports of findings and conclusions discovered during inspections and submit to designated City staff. - See attached RFQ document
