Scope of Services The City seeks qualified consultants to provide technical outdoor lighting review and reporting associated with Lighting Permits or related construction permits required through the standards of the Issaquah Municipal Code (IMC) Title 18. It is the firm’s responsibility to develop and provide qualifications for the work as described. The firm will need to extrapolate from this scope additional tasks and actions needed to reach the desired services. The following scope includes, but are not limited to: Provide on-call lighting review and reporting to the City, regarding compliance of design elements associated with outdoor lighting for structures and outdoor areas. Provide comments or corrections in the form of review letters and marked up plans to City staff, identifying corrections or compliance required in accordance with IMC 18 outdoor lighting standards. - See attached RFQ document for further details
