Summary The City of Issaquah Department of Public Works is soliciting interest from firms with expertise in stream bank stabilization and restoration projects. This project agreement will be for the design and permitting phase of the Jerome Revetment Repair Project. Project Description The project is located along the left bank of Issaquah Creek at 1730 Brookside DR SE within the City of Issaquah (see Exhibit A). The project is to repair approximately 70’ of the existing rock hardened bank that has failed, placing a residential home at risk. -See attached RFQ documents for full details. -Addendum 2022.12.22, addition of "Classification Codes." -Addendum 2023.01.09, addition of updated RFQ and Exhibit C. Please note that in addition to other revisions, this addendum extends the proposal due date to January 18th, 2023.
