Scope of Services Issaquah seeks qualified consultants to provide expertise related to geo-hazard critical area reviews associated with implementing the Issaquah Municipal Code (IMC) Title 18. Work includes providing peer review of Critical Areas Reports prepared to support various land use and construction permits. Work also includes reviewing construction permits to ensure that the proposed engineering design meets adopted development and industry standards and considers Issaquah’s unique geology. - See attached RFQ documents for details
