This is a Restrictive Bid An invitation to Bid was issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who have (1) filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster and have been accepted, and (2) been invited to bid on this project by the City, may submit bids. If you did not receive an email invitation to this bid directly from the City of Richland , you are not eligible to submit a bid response. The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project consists of regasketing, oil testing, and painting a 15/20/25 MVA Westinghouse Power Transformer SN RDP 11991. Engineer's estimate: $96,000.00 - $132,000.00
