OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Denver to provide consultation and training to five Washington schools to implement “Learning Experiences: An Alternative Program for Preschoolers and Parents," which is a proprietary coaching module developed by Dr. Phillip Strain, who has provided authorization to the University of Denver to share with OSPI through this contract.
