WSDOT needs the trust of the Minority business community. Mr. Yates has been closely involved and earned the trust of D/SBE, M/WBE, Veteran owned business community. He will be instrumental in assisting WSDOT to establish an effective Legislative/Community Engagement/Stakeholder Outreach program. His services ensure a single point of contact for legislative and other issues brought to the attention of WSDOT from that community. He is essential in re-establishing a common goal.
