04/14/23	The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. Pursuant to this Solicitation, DES intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award Statewide Contracts (“Contract(s)”) for eligible purchasers to purchase new class 4, 5, 6, and commonly configured side and rear entry walk-in step vans that have internal combustion engines (ICE) or are electric vehicles (EV) class 4 and 5(collectively “Walk-In Step Vans”).
