	State Parks’s Winter Recreation Program (Agency, State Parks or WSPRC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide trail grooming services for approximately 165 miles of snowmobile trails located in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest USFS, the LT Murray Wildlife Area (WDFW) and the LT Murray Forest (DNR) ownership within Kittitas County. Five Sno-Parks service this trail system. The nearest towns are Cle Elum and Ellensburg approximately 8-10- miles away.
