Enterprise Services is tasked with print & mail services for WA state and other entities. Requests include print, assembly, and mail materials, can have confidential data, be time sensitive, and must be completed by trained individuals in a secure environment. A disaster that hinders ES’ ability to process requests would adversely impact ES and its customers. ES desires to contract with an entity that has the operational resources, capability, and experience to provide disaster recovery services
