Description:

The Board of County Commissioners of Cowlitz County will receive sealed bids until November 8, 2022 prior to 11:00 AM for the Annex HVAC Replacement Project #2022-0048-01.

The project consists of removal and replacement of two (2) Octagon Rooftop Units and two (2) Roof Mounted Exhaust fans at the Cowlitz County Administration Building Annex . Please reference documents below for complete Scope of Work.

A pre-bid job walk will be held October 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM. While not mandatory, interested bidders are urged to meet at the Cowlitz County Administration Building Annex located at 207 4th Avenue North in Kelso, Washington. Please check in upon arrival.
