The Board of County Commissioners of Cowlitz County, Washington will receive sealed bids until February 14, 2023 prior to 11:00 A.M. for the Health and Human Services Roof Replacement Project #2023-0001-01. This is a reissue of project #2021-0009-01 from March of 2021.

The project consists of demolition of existing roofing system and installation of new thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roof system on the Cowlitz County Health and Human Services (HHS) building. Replacement of roofing on the adjacent carport structure is requested as an additive alternate. Reference specifications and drawings for complete Scope of Work.

Pre-bid conference will be held on February 1, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at the Cowlitz County Health and Human Services building located at 1952 9th Avenue in Longview, WA. Please check in upon arrival.
