Photography and Video Production Services

The City of Bainbridge Island is seeking qualified professionals to submit Statements of Qualifications for photography and video production services. The City Council identified communications as a priority, and we are looking for fresh ideas and enthusiastic expertise to support City communications efforts. The City anticipates utilizing these services on a rotational or on-call basis. An overview of the tasks is provided below.

• We are seeking one or more consultants with an eye for storytelling, to create an archive of photographs for, but not limited to, use on the City’s website, social media, COBI Connects (printed newsletter), City Manager’s Report (e-newsletter) and outreach materials. The City will provide a detailed list of photo requests (e.g., scenic and beauty shots, ongoing projects, infrastructure, etc.) to consultant.
