Sustainable Transportation Plan Implementation Strategy
Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

The City of Bainbridge Island is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms with backgrounds and experience in multi-modal transportation planning and design, in support of the development of an implementation strategy for the city’s Sustainable Transportation Plan.

Background
The Bainbridge Island City Council adopted Scenario #2 of the Sustainable Transportation Plan in the spring of 2022. Since that time, city staff have developed a work plan that responds to the actions identified in the Plan, however, additional support is needed to identify the sequencing, financing and prioritization that will further activate the plan and set reasonable expectations for the community.
