The Elwha Fish Company, Inc. is a custom smokehouse and cannery of Pacific NW seafood items; wild salmon, dungeness crab, oysters, smoked salmon, sm. halibut, sm. black-cod, sm. sturgeon, canned products include both smoked and fresh seafood products.
New equipment 2003; New Enviro-Pak smokehouse, new Reid Boiler Works retort, new-used steam-generator, new refrigerated truck, new refrigeration system. Our products can be shipped fresh, frozen, vacuum packed or canned. We can produce to specification.
