16. Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 142 TEUs and 3,000 square feet of cargo consisting of wheeled vehicles, while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements from a delineated packing list. The Minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots.



17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Tacoma, WA, USA, and the place/range of redelivery is Tengan, Okinawa, Japan. The laydays commence 30 April 2024 and cancels 14 May 2024, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 25 days.



18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.
