Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting office (431) located in Bremerton, WA is conducting market research and issuing this sources sought/request for information to determine industry capability and interest in providing Clinical Psychologist services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code assigned to this procurement is 621112; Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists; U.S. industry comprises establishments of health practitioners having the degree of M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) or D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy) primarily engaged in the independent practice of psychiatry or psychoanalysis. Clinical Psychologist services contract description and specifications can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The expected Period of Performance (POP): 2 Jan 2024 through 1 Jan 2029

If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide as much of the following information as available.

Instructions to Submit Interest: Interested companies should submit, on company letterhead, a notice of interest including the name, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of one point of contact. The notice of interest should include a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the notional PWS attached to this notice, and include answers to the following specific questions. Please limit your response to no more than 5 pages.

1. Is your company a small or large business as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under NAICS code 621112 - with a business size standard of 13.5 million? This NAICS is for Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists: This U.S. industry comprises establishments of health practitioners having the degree of M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) or D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) primarily engaged in the independent practice of psychiatry or psychoanalysis. These practitioners operate private or group practices in their own offices (e.g., centers, clinics) or in the facilities of others, such as hospitals or HMO medical centers.

2. Does your company have a satisfactory performance record for the type of work required? Please provide examples of relevant and recent (within three years) past performance.

3. Does your company have the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, and technical skills, or the ability to obtain them (including, as appropriate, such elements as production control procedures, property control systems, quality assurance measures, and safety programs applicable to materials to be produced or services to be performed by the prospective contractor and subcontractors)?

4. Given the work described in this announcement, does your company plan to submit a proposal in response to the anticipated solicitation?

5. Please provide any documentation your company would provide in response to this requirement, to show your capabilities to perform this service.
