Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.



1. The proposed solicitation will be set-aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, $22M size standard.





2. Description of Services: Custodial support services for non-direct patient areas and the clinics within VA Puget Sound Healthcare System (VAPSHCS).





3. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 1 July 2024.





4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Proposal is appr. 1st week of May with an anticipated award date appr. 1st week of June 2024.





5. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
