The Contractor shall provide a Certified VideoXpert Video Management System, Pelco Security Cameras, and Surveillance System to install a combination of (21) fixed, Pan, Tilt, Zoom, Internet Protocol (IP), and Power over Ethernet (POE) cameras from the respective areas to the building’s switches. These cameras shall be integrated onto the existing Pelco VideoXpert camera system. All installed components will be VideoXpert compatible. The contractor shall perform in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations and manufacturer’s recommendations and specifications, operator and maintenance manuals and this Statement of Work (SOW).
