The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Contracting Department (Code 400), is issuing this sources sought. The sources sought is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify company’s capabilities that might exist in order to support an upcoming requirement for the Water Polishing Skid. For additional information regarding the technical specifications, please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Based on the responses to this sources sought, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) procured through full and open competition (unrestricted), or procured on a sole source basis. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, the government will not be providing evaluations or comments to companies providing sources sought responses but the responses will be used to inform the government as to the best means of procuring this requirement.

Project Background:

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility requires Water Polishing Skid Package. The purchase description set forth in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the minimum requirements of the Government. It is the Government’s intent that a single primary contractor be awarded this contract and be responsible for providing Water Polishing Skid Package the provision of equipment, and the accomplishment of all work detailed by this SOW specification.

Required Capabilities:

Contract must be listed under the Joint Certification Program (JCP). If your organization has the potential capacity and capabilities to perform these contract requirements, please provide the following information: Organization Name, CAGE code, and DUNs number.

Any applicable brochures or company capability material may also be submitted.

Eligibility:

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333310 – Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The product service code is 4610 – Water Purification Equipment. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond.
