Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0224Q0037



Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0224Q0037 to Philips NA LLC, in the amount of $234,794.00 for Re-location movement, uninstall-reinstall of OEM Philips 1.5T MRI System, which includes replacement of facility designed materials, equipment and outdated UPS System at new established location within Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. This service is warranted and proprietary by Philips NA LLC soley and not authorized by any other contractor in performance of the work.



This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@health.mil . No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
