General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:




  • The tenant cannot be located in the same building as the U.S. Attorney’s office, U.S. Marshals service, U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons, and any to other law enforcement agencies as described in 18 USC 1114.

  • The five (5) reserved parking spaces must be provided in a structure with controlled access restricted by some sort of measure such as a gate, key, card, or parking attendant.

  • The offered space shall provide public access to electrical vehicle charging stations.

  • The offered space must have access to at least 1 single user restroom on each floor of occupancy.

  • The offered space shall have access to shower facilities within the building.

  • The offered space must have access to secured bike parking.

  • Access must be available to a freight elevator and loading dock. The building must have two or more passenger elevators.

  • The offered space must be located on floor 2 or higher.

  • The space shall be contiguous. Contiguous space shall include adjacent floors in a building, provided an efficient layout can be provided.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

Expressions of interest must include the following information:




  1. Building/site name, address, and location of the available space within the building/site;

  2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot (for each space type; office), showing the rent broken into shell rent and operating expense rent. Rate shall be fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount (if any)

  3. Date of space availability;

  4. Building ownership information;

  5. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of required Government parking

  6. Energy efficiency and renewal energy features existing within the building;

  7. List of building services provided;

  8. One-eighth inch scale drawing of proposed space offered or marketing brochure illustrating the floor plans and proposed space, or proposed site layout

  9. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact’

  10. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement;

  11. Your letter must include the RLP # listed above and be emailed or mailed to the primary point of contact

  12. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
