Description

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service seeks to lease the following space:





State: WA



City: Walla Walla



Delineated Area: Urban Growth Area of Walla Walla, WA



Office: 8,100 – 9,600 ABOA SF



Warehouse: 4,400 – 4,900 ABOA SF



Wareyard:1500-1800 SF



Parking Spaces (Total): 100



Parking Spaces (Surface): 100



Full Term: 20 years



Firm Term: 10 years



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
