Solicitation SPE300-23-R-0013 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the Washington Zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from September 17, 2023 to September 12, 2026.

The solicitation contains two groups:

Group 1: Ft. Lewis, WA

Group 2: Navy Ships
