U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Sheridan Montag for the covered boat house rental that will be utilized by Air and Marine Operations (AMO) Bellingham Unit. The period of performance will be for a base year and four one year options.

There are no covered boathouses within the Bellingham Marine’s unit area of responsibility (AOR) for rent or lease that can accommodate a vessel over 42 feet. This is based on historical market research that was conducted and current market research that was conducted for boathouse leases/rentals in the area. The boathouse lease/rental has a requirement for a space that can accommodate our vessels that are approximately 42 feet long and have the ability to meet the security requirements needed to secure CBP property inside the boathouse.
