Please be advised of the additionally provided questions and answers.
For the Pipe and Drape that is intended to be outside of the tents, would you consider Picket Fencing in case of weather? Answer: Will need a picture or something showing exactly what is being offered.
Should all of the tents have lights? Answer: Yes.
Should the sidewalls allow light in. (Same Price) Answer: Doesn t matter.
What will the generators be powering? Answer: Lights and food warmers (provided by facility).
Do you need the restrooms to be contracted through us? Answer: Already have restrooms and wash stations contracted.
Are Propane Heaters for the tents permissible? Answer: Propane heaters are permissible.
There has been a change in the color of the drape. They should be Navy Blue. If the vendor is going to use drape to section out the 60 tent, then the drape will be white. All of the drapes with exception of the ones used to section off the 60 tent.
