This contract action was not awarded competively. It was a Sole Source procurement awarded in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. The unique nature of the requirement limits the availability of potential competition. The course was developed exclusively by Vernon J. Edwards, Consultant, LLC. Based on Market Research, there are no other training courses that offer the level of extensive, interactive, hands-on training that “The FAR Bootcamp” offers. In addition, the training is designed to teach attendees how to find, interpret, and apply the rules of the FAR to different parts of the Acquisition process.
