Description

This request is for a 20 year term lease for administrative office space requirement of 1,790 RSF and technical shop space requirement of 1,400 RSF, and an outdoor fenced and secured ware yard space requirement of 1,000 sq. ft. The total interior space requirement range is equal to 3,190 USF to 3,509 USF & 3,537 RSF to 3,890 RSF. Office space and Technical space should be contiguous.
