In addition, this notice shall be used to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to meet the requirements for the performance and delivery of Whidbey Island Brackets on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division intends to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Norwood Enterprises Inc. (dba Mercury Machining Company).

This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for quote; submission of any information in response to this pre-solicitation is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Based on the responses to this pre-solicitation notice, this requirement may sole sourced to Norwood Enterprises Inc. (dba Mercury Machining Company), be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the requirement of this notice are invited to submit a response by the response day/time identified in the SAM posting.
