This is a non-personal services Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract to provide leasing of various types of forklifts for the government throughout the installations and board ships/boats at Bremerton, Silverdale/Bangor, and Everett, Washington. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operational lease of forklift rentals as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The ordering period shall be for 1 year from the date of award.

NOTE: Read all paperwork carefully for compliance and pay special attention to the NAICS Code being used. The NAICS Code must be listed in your SAM profile. Make sure there is a Point of Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number on your submittal.
