Award Selection Process:
Per FAR Part 13.106-2(b) evaluation will be conducting by comparative evaluation of offerors. This selection will be performed using lowest price and technically acceptable. Lowest price refers to total price of Base Period plus four Option Periods. Technically acceptable refers to documentation of firms ability to meet the specifications and relevant past experience. Please provide submit your quote on the attached Schedule of Prices, and provide a description of your pest control knowledge, skills, and experience. Provide at least 2 examples of their firm’s most recent projects within the past five years of similar size and scope.
IAW FAR Part 13, THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.
SAMS REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO SUBMIT A BID AND FOR CONSIDERATION. Therefore, upon bid submission and for answer of any questions, please provide your SAMS UEI No.
Site tours will NOT be offered for this project similar to other ads for pest control services advertised on Sam.gov, as this is largely noncomplex with non-frequent visits, as well as preventative in nature -- and further, there are provisions of building pictures herein and a well-developed statement of work to guide in your bid formation.
SEE EMBEDDED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK (NEAR THE END OF THE DOCUMENT) THE PROVISION OF VARIOUS VIEWS OF THE PROJECT IN THE FORM OF DIAGRAMS, MAPS, PHOTOS.
Generally, for Base Seattle, the expectation is that boxes will be placed IAW INDUSTRY OR COMMERCIAL STANDARDS E.G., about every 50ft around the exterior of a building.
In lieu of a site tour, the KO is on hand to answer any questions and provide further specs. Any answers to questions that arise will be posted on this site for all to view for equal access to information to all vendors.
ALL BIDS AND QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE DEPT HEAD OF CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT: AMY MORRISSETTE AT AMY.MORRISSETTE@USCG.MIL.
