Special Notice for SQA-Vision Automated Sperm Quality Analyzer





The U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific, Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source Purchase Order to Medical Electronic Systems, LLC. for an SQA-Vision Automated Sperm Quality Analyzer, VS-FA-01063-00 and related regents at Madigan Army Medical Center, Washington. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal, a solicitation will not be issued. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent, Ms. Ruby Mejias, ruby.m.mejias.civ@health.mil.
