This is a Sources Sought Notice that is issued for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified sources prior to issuing an RFP.
The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge regarding the type of interested businesses and their qualifications. The General Services Administration (GSA) will use the information obtained through this notice to develop an acquisition strategy.
The government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a small business or other socio-economical small business set-aside for the future solicitation. Analysis of the quality of responses to this source sought announcement will be considered in the market research being conducted, and in the making of any small business set-aside determination for this requirement.
Response to this notice is strictly voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests.

Solicitation: GSA anticipates issuing a request for proposals (RFP) April 25, 2024.
