DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure two (2) CNC Vertical Turning Centers, each equipped with Pallet Shuttle, and one (1) Kundel bridge crane P/N 16998-TS3, with two (2) options, one (1) machine per option with contract completion required by 240 days after award for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA .

A Complete technical data package VIBB 21-25-1000 including all design, lubrication, supplies, site visit and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for two (2) CNC Vertical Turning Centers with each equipped with a Pallet Shuttle, and one (1) Kundel bridge crane P/N 16998-TS3. Two (2) options, one (1) machine per option, Tooling, Installation, Foundation, Training, IUID Tag, Technical Data, OSHA, Shipping, and Removal (2 machines) are attached to the Solicitation.

-DLA-A intends to issue Request for Proposal SPE4A8-22-R-0005 on or around Wednesday, 22 June 2022.

FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination.

DLA-A intends to issue an Unrestricted solicitation.

Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.

This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 12 and 15 procedures.

Site visit is scheduled to provide potential contractor the opportunity to the view the installation location. All interested parties shall follow the instruction under the solicitation attachments.
