16. Description: Request one, U.S. flag vessel, capable of carrying a minimum of six 20-foot ISO containers, four of which are comprised of Class 7 and Class 8 hazardous material, while satisfying cargo compatibility and segregation requirements. Barges are not acceptable for this movement due to the nature of the cargo. The minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots.
