AMENDMENT 0001 - UPDATED SOLICITATION AND PWS DATED 30 JAN 2024



- Soliciation clarifies proposal requirements



- Minor changes to PWS in sections 1.3, 2.4, 2.5, 4.7



- No extentions to proposal or Q&A.





This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



This solicitation number 12FPC324R0003 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part Subpart 12 & 13.5 are being utilized. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price award.



This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 effective December 4, 2023.



This acquisition will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, which has a size standard of $19.0 Million. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size.



Proposals are due no later than February 26, 2024, NLT 2:00pm ET.



Emailed Proposals will be accepted. Proposals shall be submitted on company letterhead, signed, dated and sent via email to Bobby Copenny II, Contract Specialist at bobby.copenny@usda.gov no later than February 26, 2024, @2:00pm ET.
