This synopsis is for the proposed solicitation number W50S9E24Q0001, for a tailored seminar on China and the Indo-Pacific theater to take place on March 2, 2024, from 0800-1630 at the Tacoma Convention Center, in Tacoma, WA. Seminar should incorporate impacts of our State Partnerships with Thailand and Malaysia and include a diverse panel of experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience in domestic and international politics, economy, law and society, foreign policy, national defense, and strategy such as former diplomats, congressmen, and senior White House officials. This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 611430, PSC U001, 100% small business set-a-side, small business size standard $15M.





Contract Award anticipated to Alan L. Freed Associates. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to a Total Small Business deemed responsive in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Anticipated award date of 29 Dec 2023. Sole Source determination attached.
