Description

TITLE: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services to support the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Roseburg, Oregon (OR), Seattle District (NWS), Northwestern Division (NWD)



CONTRACT INFORMATION: The USACE, NWD, NWS requires A-E Services to Support the VAMC at the Roseburg, OR campus. Services are to be provided under a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC).



This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers, 40 U.S.C. ยงยง 1101 et seq. (formerly referred to as the Brooks Act), as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. The North American Industry Classification System

(NAICS) code for this action is 541330, Engineering Services. It is open to all A-E firms regardless of size. The Government intends to award one (1) contract with a total capacity of $75,000,000 for a term of five (5) year base period with a single three (3)

year option period to follow for a maximum duration of eight (8) calendar years. The Government reserves the right to not award any contract from this synopsis.
