Description

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price BPA Call under solicitation W81K024Q0033 to Science Care Inc, in the amount of $30,931.84 for Human Tissue, Human Medical Cadavers for use in support of the Andersen Simulation Center at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA in part of Asset / Best Surgical Skills Assessment Course. This provides a 2-Day surgical skills training and assessment course to surgical residents in preparation of CME accreditation and certification in performing various War scenario procedures. These courses are instructed by Board Certified Surgeons in skills of advanced Combat Casualty care techniques in surgical procedures such as; Laparotomy, Thoracotomy, Fasciotomy, Canthotomy, vascular access, amputation , REBOA, and vascular exposures of the neck and groin.



This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
