Description

Provide and install audio visual equipment to modernize a conference room at Base Seattle.



See attached SOW for detail.



Site tour will be offered on: (Tuesday) 1 November 2022 at 1000 a.m. at Base Seattle. Those who wish for a site tour of the conference room, must register in advance by emailing amy.morrissette@uscg.mil or calling 503-961-5227.



Bids and Proposals shall be provided by above aforementioned deadline to Ms. Amy Morrissette, P&C Dept Head and KO, by emailing to: amy.morrissette@uscg.mil



NOTE: PER FAR, VENDOS MUST BE REGISTERED IN SAMS.GOV TO SUBMIT BIDS/PROPOSALS. THE SAMS UEI NO. IS REQUIRED FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH GOVERNMENT AND FOR MAKING AWARD.



Quotes/Bids shall provide pricing for each A/V-related item as well as separate pricing (i.e., labor hours rate) for installation services.
