Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Sysmex America, Inc., the estimated amount of $1,357,010.40 for a hematology analyzer and reagents.

Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
