Scope of Services It is the firm’s responsibility to develop and provide qualifications for the work as described. The firm will need to extrapolate from this scope additional tasks and actions needed to reach the desired services. The following scope includes, but are not limited to: Task 1- Review and permit processing for applications for Building and Fire Permits as it relates to the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler protection, smoke control, fire alarm, and energy requirements of each permit. Reviews will be consistent with currently adopted construction codes, including local and State amendments. This task will have heavy emphasis on the International Fire Code and associated referenced standards including the City of Bellevue fire code amendments. Task 2- Attend staff or project related meetings as directed, and coordinate with City staff/departments/consultants as needed to review, approve, and construction within the City. Task 3- Keep records and record review results consistent with City policies including, but not limited to, electronic files, permit tracking (Trakit*), permit review, and approval (BlueBeam*). *City software is subject to change during the contract period.
