I. PURPOSE OF REQUEST The City of Issaquah (“City”) is requesting proposals from individual licensed attorneys or related firms/entities for the purpose of selecting a City Hearing Examiner. Applicants must be experienced in the areas of land use law, real property law, city planning, development, and permitting. The City’s needs are further outlined in the following Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
